I was hoping for a small business. Heard an advertizement a year or so ago about some computer (locally owned business) I think on the radio and wanted to buy my next and probably final computer there.

Not a Best Buy or Dell (kiosh tpye) or Circuit City etc. In other words it was not a big name place.
